Dawnwalker Guide

The Blood of Dawnwalker Guide

A single-player dark-fantasy action RPG where Coen's day as a human and night as a vampire shape every choice in Vale Sangora.

Dawnwalker Guide

How the game works

You play Coen, a Dawnwalker — human by day and vampire by night — moving through a hand-built open world in the Carpathian Mountains. The game reads as one connected loop: pick what you want to pursue, decide whether to approach it as the day-form or the night-form, fight, investigate, or negotiate your way through it, and earn XP and skill points that shape how Coen grows.

By day

Swordplay and Witchcraft. Coen is human, settlements are livelier, and blood magic (Hexes) drawn from his own blood is on the table. Witchcraft opens haunted sites and quieter investigation paths.

By night

Vampiric Abilities, claws and feeding. Coen climbs walls, picks fights he cannot win as a human, and must manage bloodlust so he does not lose control. Daytime Hexes are locked until sunrise.

Always available

Swordmastery works day and night. New abilities still ask for skill points and a slice of in-game time, so learning to fight is its own long-term decision — see Time System and Skills for the rules.
